Mandatory Basic Safety Training Course for Container Handling Industry

According to the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance No. 6BA, all the workers in the construction field or container handling field must have to get the certificate of the above training course. This ordinance also regulates the employers of construction or container handling companies to employ those people who hold the valid certificate when working in the construction or container handling profession.
